Waggy Walkers Club is a specialist dog-walking and reactive training service. As a new business entering a saturated market, they needed an identity that could do a lot of heavy lifting from day one. The brief was to build something that felt trustworthy and approachable, while still carrying the credibility needed to reassure owners entrusting them with anxious or high-energy dogs.
The challenge was striking the right balance, friendly enough to feel inviting, but professional enough to signal genuine expertise. The strategy centred on a refined logomark that gives the brand a premium, club-like quality without falling back on the paw prints and cartoon dogs that fill this space.
From there, the identity was built out, business cards, flyers, onboarding documents, invoice pads and a clean, user-friendly website. Every touchpoint was designed to feel consistent, reinforcing the same message: these are people who know what they're doing and genuinely care.
The result is a confident brand that gave Waggy Walkers Club an instant sense of authority in a crowded market, so much so that they was fully booked within weeks of going live.
